Dr. Jones has over 17 years of experience in the cyber security field. During that time, he has led and performed network and system vulnerability and penetration tests, conducted malware analysis, led a cyber incident response team, and conducted digital forensics investigations. Dr. Jones has also prepared and taught university courses in information security, penetration testing, data analysis, and digital forensics, and his academic and funded research includes detection of stealthy malware, malware analysis, network topology discovery, and botnet detection. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, a Master's degree in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University, and a PhD in Computational Sciences and Informatics from George Mason University. He also holds CISSP and EnCE certifications.
